I keep hearing rave reviews of SIM fried carrot cake at Blk 618 Yishun Coffee shop. So I go there early on Sunday morning 720am and guess what? I still need to wait for 45 mins! This is how popular it is. Anyway, is it good? The carrot cake really smell nice! The chai poh is not too salty. The carrot cake is not too oily and not too dry. So the taste is pretty good. But is it a “45 mins wait” good? I dun think so. Though it is nice, I dun feel it is out of this world taste for a good 45 mins or even 30 mins wait. So is good for those who is very free to wait or living nearby. $3.50 per pack.
